Trusted brand of Daikin will lead us to take the market share from other competitors. we are optimistic that the market share will be change in the next future ( now the Market Share depend on small capacities equipments with tens of unknown brands from China,UAE,Eygept,KSA,…Etc).These brands got very good profits from market for domestic uses. the main challenge will start when the government start its own projects for rehabilitate the long standing infrastructures. Market need new systems for that a seminars to be held targeting the engineers and consultants as well privet sector to turn their minds away from Daikin competitors, the seminars should focus on the new products and technologies achieved by Daikin Specially the VRVIII system with BMS,this will update the concern peoples with new and advanced specifications and high performance technology of Daikin and replace the mentality of classical specifications.

Opportunities

Public relations in General is one of our concern issues to enhance the market share and increase the awareness of Daikin brand name to show that Daikin as one of the leaders in HVAC business. We trust that Daikin will give us full support and contribution towards our plans, we expect Daikin help us to fulfill our mission. The business is running from offices and showrooms in Baghdad and northern of Iraq and south equipped with all necessarily Hi-tech equipment and supported by experienced and professional staff. one of our targets next two year is to have and established meeting room & after sales center equipped with all necessary multimedia and seminar equipments to conduct indoor training sessions for end user (staff,contractors,consulatants and public engineers) these two centers should be first priority. Same what we had seen at Singapore training center. Minimum stock will make our company to cover some possible services as we faced some problems regarding securing spares in all our projects, some tools and spare parts will solve many problems for the supplied equipments, this will satisfy the clients and give us trust and reliability. One of our concerns is to built good warehouse equipped with some tools,cranes,shelves ready for needed stock and quantities of different products to insure fast and reliable delivery.
